Mailing List

All members of the Cosmology Group should subscribe to the group mailing list. The list address is phy_cosmo@princeton.edu. Subscription is handled through the web; visit https://new-lists.princeton.edu/listserv/phy_cosmo.html.

To view the list membership, send an email to listserv@lists.princeton.edu with the body "REVIEW PHY_COSMO" and the subscriber list will be mailed back to you. You have to already be a subscriber for this to work.

IDL Licenses

The WMAP team has purchased a 50-seat department license for IDL. The license server is networked, allowing any computer in Jadwin with a net connection to run IDL. At the moment we do not have any roaming licenses for use outside Jadwin.

To use, simply install IDL, and then set the environment variable LM_LICENSE_FILE to "1700@strangelove.princeton.edu".

Thesis TeX

Here's a LaTeX 2e class for Ph.D. dissertations which may be useful: PrincetonThesis.cls. See the comments in the header for instructions.
