How to reach the Princeton Center for Theoretical Science:

If you have made arrangements with the PCTS for reimbursement of your travel expenses, it is necessary for you to provide us with all your original travel receipts along with an Expense Report. Please complete the form (on line if you prefer) print it out, sign it on the bottom and return to Charlene Borsack, PCTS, Jadwin Hall, Room 400, Princeton, NJ 08544 with your original receipts. Here is a list of possible expenses for which we would need original receipts:
  1. Airline receipt
  2. Taxi
  3. Bus/Rail
  4. Parking
If you are asking to be reimbursed for personal car mileage, you must include a printout from some program such as MapQuest that indicates the starting and ending points for you trip and calculate the mileage. Please see the Center Coordinator, Charlene Borsack, to obtain the current reimbursement rate per mile and and other issues concerning your travel reimbursement.
Computers and Printing at the PCTS
Some visitor offices may have a PC available. Most people will bring their laptops. In either case, the entire PU campus has wireless internet connection which you can use for seven days by logging in as PUVisitor. If you will be here for longer than seven days, our IT department will extend your usage. Please see Charlene Borsack and give her your ethernet address.

The printers for the PCTS can be found on the print server. Just go into the run window and type \\ntprintserver and then double click on either printer:

  • phy_dl_jadwin_418a located in room 418A (black and white laser jet)
  • phy_dl_jadwin_hall_408 located in the common area near the mailboxes of the PCTS (color)
