Hello! Welcome to the group webpage of Robert H. Austin, professor of Biophysics at Princeton University. Our research focuses primarily on the use of microarrays and nanotechnology to further our physical understanding of biological processes, such as the dynamics of DNA and DNA-protein interactions. We also are in the process of developing novel techniques to quickly resolve DNA of different lengths and cells of different size in microchannels. The images below are links to pages with more information about specific research projects. It is our hope that this webpage is easy to navigate, but if you experience any difficulties or have any suggestions on how to make it better, please feel free to contact us.
Undergraduate and graduate students looking for research projects should first take a look at the links below. If something interests you, and you'd like to know more, please feel free to contact Dr. Austin or any of the group members.
